Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 3-6 business days. All orders ship USPS priority. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with your correct email address. Once USPS is in possession of packages, we are no longer responsible. If any issues should arise with the transit of your package, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777. Shipping Times (please read below for processing times and cut offs)

We cannot guarantee USPS and UPS package delivery transit times at this moment INCLUDING EXPRESS AND AIR. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Lost/Stolen Packages


Bonaee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.


Return & Exchange Policy
